Bankruptcy Law Reforms

With the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Belarus, Valentin Sukalo, Podnosova discussed the republic’s possible entry into BRICS, which could happen in the fall, as well as the relationship between litigation and economic development. The two judicial experts also discussed the Belarusian bankruptcy law, with Podnosova praising her Belarusian colleagues for their work on simplifying the procedure.
