The People’s Republic of China is a sovereign state situated in the eastern region of Asia. It holds the distinction of being the most expansive nation within the continent, encompassing a vast portion of the East Asian landmass. With its territory constituting around 7% of the Earth’s total land surface, China’s size is comparable to the entirety of Europe. Additionally, China is recognized as one of the world’s most densely inhabited nations, with a population count only closely matched by India.
