The IN4U Good Will Ambassador Program aims to recruit and engage a passionate group of individuals who will promote awareness and understanding of the IN4U platform – a joint BRICS website and information and cooperation platform. These ambassadors will play a vital role in bridging the gap between the BRICS nations and the global community.
Mission: To appoint esteemed individuals who embody the values of the IN4U project, to promote the platform, and to foster cooperation and understanding among the BRICS nations and beyond. To enhance visibility, promote cross-cultural understanding, and facilitate cooperative initiatives through high-profile personalities committed to the ideals of BRICS collaboration.

Tenure and Term:
- The tenure of a Goodwill Ambassador will be two years, renewable for an additional term upon review of their performance.
- The Ambassadors can serve a maximum of two consecutive terms unless holds permanent status.
- Expected to participate in at least two major events per year while engaging regularly on social media or other platforms designated by IN4U.
Support and Resources:
The IN4U Secretariat will provide necessary support, including logistical arrangements, communication, and promotional materials.
The Ambassadors will have access to IN4U’s network, expertise, and resources.
Code of Conduct:
Goodwill Ambassadors are expected to uphold the values of the IN4U project, promoting cooperation, mutual respect, and understanding among the BRICS nations.
They will maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Ambassadors will refrain from engaging in any activity that may bring disrepute to the IN4U project or compromise its integrity.
Evaluation and Review:
The performance of Goodwill Ambassadors will be reviewed annually, assessing their engagement, achievements, and commitment to the IN4U project.
The IN4U reserves the right to terminate the appointment of a Goodwill Ambassador if their performance is deemed unsatisfactory or if they fail to uphold the Code of Conduct.
Program Objectives
Increase awareness: Raise global awareness about the IN4U platform and its goals of fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among BRICS nations.
Promote engagement: Encourage active participation on the IN4U platform by various stakeholders, including businesses, academics, and civil society organizations.
Build bridges: Serve as cultural ambassadors, promoting understanding and appreciation for the diverse cultures and perspectives of the BRICS countries.
Content creation: Assist in content creation for the IN4U platform, sharing valuable insights and perspectives on BRICS-related topics.
Who can be a Good Will Ambassador?
Individuals with a strong interest in BRICS cooperation and global affairs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for promoting cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
Proven experience in advocacy, outreach, or community engagement (preferred).
Influential individuals from various fields such as academia, entertainment, sports, business, or humanitarian sectors who are respected in their disciplines and have a wide-reaching influence.
Demonstrated commitment to issues relevant to BRICS, such as economic development, cultural exchange, environmental sustainability, or technological innovation.
Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and languages.
